In Switzerland, it is legal to grow marijuana plants. European medical research is in the process of creating an inhaler made from the natural healing herb marijuana to replace steroid inhalers for asthmatics. I was asked to be "Art Director" for the making of the documentary movie "The Green Goddess" which would be about the healing powers and positive things this plant can do for us. Considering that I am an asthmatic, and that I had a pre-cancerous bone tumor removed from my leg only 6 months before this proposal, I decided to participate in this "once in a lifetime" opportunity to work in Europe on this movie/documentary/comedy/cult classic film. At least that is what it became! In the process, the wonderful Swiss people and the owner of the movie educated us all about the hazards of eating meat. We became vegetarians for the 7 months we were there and I am happy to say I am still one today. I have gone through what I guess is called "DETOX" by not eating all these packaged foods that are full of chemicals, preservatives, and food coloring, and actually have no food value leaving our bodies hungry for more. I would like to do a project where I visually let us Americans take a good look at our poisoned country. I will call this project "Lab Rats".
